I entered Real Estate in March 1999 as a Salesperson in Hawkes Bay. In December 2000, I received the highest company reward as Top Salesperson. This was again achieved in 2001, 2002 and 2004 and 2nd place in 2003. Many other awards were won including 1st in Marketing, Top Auction/Tender specialist and Number 1 Rural salesperson for the first 5 years. I also obtained the company gold award in sales for the first 5 years.
After studying extra Real Estate papers for 2 years, I obtained Branch Manager status and also achieved Real Estate’s highest academic achievement, AREINZ status plus Diploma in Real Estate. I also obtained my auctioneers license in 2004.
Currently I hold the position of Branch Manager and company trainer for Professionals Patrick & Scott Limited and still actively and with passion will list and sell properties.
