117 years ago this church was opened in the small Scandi Village called Norsewood. It still has the gothic revival style it originally had. St David's church is one of the original heritage buildings that still stands firm on the Coronation Street corner. Walking inside the building you cant help but feel like you have walked back in time and feel humbled by the beauty this building holds with the lovely native timber and stained glass windows.
There is land at the rear of the property that can be fenced off for grazing gardening or an ideal picnic area under the trees.
This building has amazing potential to be made into a spectacular dwelling with prime central location to the school, dairy, cafe and only 20 minutes drive to Dannevirke. With all the native timber this could be a real show piece.
To the rear of the main church is another small area which could be used as a living area with a small kitchen and changing room with w/c. There is also an external door that leads out to the section.
The possibilities are endless, let your imagination run free.
